Guru Yoga of the 16th Karmapa – meditation course with Lama Stéphane

Devotion is the heart of the Karma Kagyu lineage. As it is often quoted: the greater the devotion, the greater the realization. And within the Mahamudra practice there is no more efficient method than the practice of Guru Yoga.

Following the example of all the practitioners of our lineage, we will engage in the practice of this Guru Yoga, relying on the blessing of His Holiness the 16th Gyalwa Karmapa, thus opening to the blessing of the entire lineage in order to develop the practice of meditation.

In this context, practicing the Guru Yoga of the 16th Gyalwa Karmapa is bringing us closer to the experience of the truth, the nature of mind.

During these 3 days, Lama Stéphane will explain and conduct this practice from which meditation will naturally arise during pauses, allowing the mind to rest while being merged with the blessing, giving the perfect space for experiences to arise.
